Medication transcription by your General Practitioner
In the event of your treating physician’s planned vacation, we kindly ask you to arrange your prescription for chronic medication well in advance.

Our Services
- Comprehensive preventive and curative care (treatment of acute conditions, preventive check-ups, vaccinations, issuing medical certificates, etc.)
- ECG examinations, basic spirometry, laboratory diagnostics (C-reactive protein, iFOBT – fecal occult blood test, blood glucose testing, basic urinalysis, INR/Quick test), Strep test, ABI – vascular examination (upper and lower limbs)
- Ensuring direct referral and continuity of care with specialist clinics and hospital departments
- Basic guidance in the management of hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and prevention of risk factors
- Vaccinations – standard: tick-borne encephalitis, pneumococcal infections, influenza, hepatitis (type A and B), RSV. Other vaccinations upon agreement with the nurse.
- Availability of vaccination always depends on vaccine availability.
- Extended office hours with the option of appointments and consultations
- According to the recommendation of the Occupational Medicine Department of University Hospital Ostrava (FNO), insurance forms for clients receiving a disability pension can only be confirmed for uncomplicated chronic conditions – please bring the documents well in advance. In cases of complicated conditions, confirmation must be obtained from the Occupational Medicine Department.
What to Do When…
If you have symptoms such as cough or fever, please put on a respirator (face mask) before entering the waiting area to protect yourself and others. Please respect the office hours reserved for acute patients.
After receiving a vaccination or therapeutic injection, please remain in the waiting area for at least 30 minutes.
If you experience acute health problems that are life-threatening (such as shortness of breath, severe bleeding, injuries, chest pain, loss of consciousness, etc.), CALL 155 IMMEDIATELY!
If you have health problems that are not life-threatening but prevent you from visiting the clinic in person, please call us.
