  • Acral support exercises for an upright and properly aligned spine
  • Focus on coactivation (coordination) of muscle chains throughout the entire body
  • Correction of improper movement patterns through motor learning
  • Use of positions from early motor development (the first year of life)
  • Prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
  • Enhancement of athletic performance in athletes
  • Integration of ACT principles into work activities and everyday life

Exercises using an elastic rope that activate the spiral muscle chains, helping to reduce pressure on the intervertebral discs and joints. This allows for improved nutrition, regeneration, and healing, while optimizing their mobility.

Use in Physiotherapy

  • Diagnostics using the Neurac test – a comprehensive functional assessment of the entire body aimed at identifying weaknesses in muscle chains (so-called “weak links”)
  • Neurac treatment (neuromuscular activation) using the Redcord Workstation Professional system
  • Treatment and prevention of back pain
  • Treatment and prevention of orthopedic, neurological, gynecological, and other conditions

For Athletes

  • Assessment of muscle imbalances and deficits in coordination, strength, and timing
  • Functional training
  • Corrective exercises
  • Enhancement of athletic performance
  • Injury prevention

The Neurac test and treatment can be performed without a physician’s referral. Prior appointment is required.

  • Urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fertility difficulties, incontinence after prostate surgery, postpartum conditions, constipation
  • Assessment of pelvic floor muscle function
  • Development of an individualized therapeutic training plan
  • Recommendation of aids to improve pelvic floor muscle activation
  • Electrostimulation and biofeedback therapy (PeriCalm, Periton)

ULTRASOUND Q SONO Q3 is used for diagnosing muscle activity and relaxation, providing biofeedback, and monitoring therapy progress.

Consultations available.

  • An internationally recognized method for the assessment and treatment of spinal and peripheral joint pain
  • Treatment is based on the patient’s active involvement in the therapeutic process
  • Special therapeutic tapes that not only provide support but also activate muscles, regulate muscle tension, relieve pain, and reduce swelling
