Mechanotherapy

SAGENA s.r.o. operates a new mechanotherapy department equipped with professional devices for movement therapy. These serve as an effective complement to other physiotherapy procedures, enhancing the rehabilitation process and accelerating the return to everyday life.

For gait training and balance improvement, patients can now use the non-motorized POSTURAL TREADMILL WALKWAY.

To prevent joint stiffness during shoulder and knee rehabilitation, we use modern ARTROMOT S4 and K1 motorized splints.

Therapy is always conducted under the supervision of a physiotherapist and may be covered by health insurance.

Motorized splints provide passive movement, helping to prevent joint stiffness resulting from previous immobilization. Exercise with a motorized splint leads to faster restoration of range of motion, shortens rehabilitation time after injuries, surgeries, or joint replacements, and improves mobility in arthritic joints.

Therapy is always supervised by a physiotherapist. Costs may be covered by health insurance or paid directly.

At our department, we provide comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation programs, including electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, cryotherapy, Rebox therapy, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage, and kinesiotaping.

If needed, we can serve as an alternative to spa rehabilitation stays. In such cases, it is necessary to schedule rehabilitation appointments before surgery, or we can provide preoperative rehabilitation.
